Is the manager and co-founder of Caribe Condo, combining more than 6 years of experience in real estate with over 13 years in customer service and client relations.
Certified as a real estate advisor in the Riviera Maya, Luis specializes in creating experiences where hospitality, trust, and attention to detail truly make a difference.
His approach goes beyond finding the right property or coordinating a stay — he focuses on making every guest feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely connected to the destination.

Piky and Felix - The Pet
At Caribe Condo, we have two team members who take hospitality very seriously: Piky and Felix, our official office cats and certified supervisors of naps, cuddles, and good vibes.
They are part of our everyday office life and represent something important to us: we believe every space feels better when it’s also pet friendly.

Piky specializes in welcoming visitors with elegance and the attitude of “I already approved this place.” Felix, on the other hand, is our public relations expert, always ready for attention and reminding everyone that Caribbean life should be enjoyed slowly.

Is one of the founders and director of Caribe Condo, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and a professional career focused on trust, personalized service, and high-level hospitality.
In addition to being a licenced real estate advisor, he also serves as one of the vice presidents of AMPI, actively contributing to the growth and professional development of the real estate sector in Playa del Carmen.
Luis is known for his close and friendly approach with clients, his passion for service, and his ability to make every guest or investor feel supported throughout the entire process.
An animal lover and passionate about the Caribbean lifestyle, he has helped build a warm, welcoming, and pet-friendly culture within the company.
